Dinosaur Park
This is the the Dinosaur Park my parents took us to in Ogden. The kids loved it... Especially Jackson.

For those of you who don't know my Dad he owns a parking business in SLC. He has a lot in common with this type of dinosaur whose name translates to "good parkers"

Whole Wheat Honey Bread
Here's the bread I make every Sunday. I have had lots of requests for the recipe and am just now getting it posted. (Sorry!) The kids love it. It makes great sandwhich bread and french toast (yum) if you can keep it around that long.
Whole Wheat Honey Bread
3 c warm water
2 T yeast
1/3 c honey
5 cups flour
Mix together and let rise for 30 min.
Add
1/3 honey
1 T salt
3 T canola oil
3 1/2 c whole wheat flour
Knead for 8-10 min. I use my kitchenaid and use #2 setting for 8 minutes.
Place ball of dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Flip over and cover. Let rise till double in size.
Punch down dough. Divide into three loaves. Place in greased bread pans and let rise till it's about an inch or two above the pan. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes at 350.
Immediately after you pull them out of the oven spread butter over the top. Let sit in pan for about 10 minutes and then let it cool on a rack and place in bags. (They freeze great!)

Night at the Museum
We watched Night at the Museum a couple of weeks ago. Ever since Jackson has been obsessed with the idea of creating his own museum. He asked his sisters for permission to use their dollhouse to make his museum. They of course told him no. So he did what he had to. He waited till they were distracted and dumped out all of their dollhouse stuff and quickly put together his dream. I walked upstairs and have never seen him so proud. I took a picture quickly because shortly afterwards the twins discovered what he had done. There were blood curdling screams and tears and the museum was dismantled. But it had it's moment.

I thought this was cute. He made a little pool for the sea creatures out of one of the girls' cake pans.
